¡¡¡¡Since the establishment, DELIXI always sticks to the strategy of promoting enterprise by strengthening technological power. Hence our group continually cultivates and trains senior technology and management persons and enhances our innovation capability of technological, meanwhile push forward advancement of technology and quickens the application of research achievements to productivity. Through these ways our enterprise has changed from labor density to technology density and our products has developed from traditional and mechanical type to modularized intelligent, pint-sized type.
¡¡¡¡Delixi invests 5% of sales amount as Scientific Innovation Fund and founds respectively professional scientific centers for mould machining£¬electrics inspection. What¡¯s more, in 2000,the postdoctoral workstation approved by National Ministry of Personnel£¬ R&.D centers both in Shanghai and Germany, and German Del Co., Ltd. was set up successively, which forms one international system of scientific research. In addition through cooperating with other research institutions (such as Xi¡¯an Jiaotong University, Hebei University of Technology, Fuzhou University, Shanghai Electrics Research Center, Xi¡¯an High-voltage Electrics Research Institute etc.) Delixi get a strong technical support and promotion, which makes sure the next stable step in future. Meanwhile the encouragement mechanism for technical innovation has also been founded that inspires more staff to do better.
¡¡¡¡Delixi has developed nearly 50 serials and 500 types of updated products by adapting CIMS system and CAD, CAM, CAE, CAPP. Among them, 50 are the provincial-updated items and 2 the national key ¨C updated products, 3 are listed in National Torch Program and 58 get national patents. By efforts Delixi has been chosen as the one of Zhejiang Technical Innovation Experimental Enterprises, Zhejiang High-tech Enterprises, and National Torch Program Key High-tech Enterprises. In 2002 delixi was named Zhejiang Provincial Technical Center. |
