1. Since 1998 the socialization phase of group
In later 90s of 21st century, Delixi commit themselves to the products upgrading, join actively the reformation of state-owned company, and west exploitation, in addition, also deal with the real estate, trade, physical distribution, traffic transportation and financial service, and environmental protection etc., fulfill successfully the reconstruction of assets and management capital, cooperative shares system as well as form the cooperative shares system, corporate system, and coexistence economy model of non-publicly-owned and .Delixi is coming to the socialization phase.

2. 1994-1998 the collectivized phase
In 1990 by associating with over 20 companies, DELIXI established the enterprise group and was promoted to be a countrywide large scale township enterprise, non-regional enterprise group. During this period, in view of strategic resources and influence of brand name, DELIXI centralized franchisers that dispersed over about 360 cities or regions ,and established the 3- level sales management system, that is, the marketing centre of headquarter, the provincial head office, the distribution company of region and city.

3.1990-1994 the phase of establishment of a full-fledged shareholding system
In 1990, delixi founded Sino-foreign joint venture------Wenzhou Delixi Electrics Industry Company (WDEIC), by introducing the foreign capital and the system of full-fledged shareholding, and the name brand-- Delixi has been created. In 1992, delixi began to consolidate in same industry. During the phase, shareholders of delixi had been 8 persons; the staff had been over 300, which finished the extension of products items, from singleness to series.

4.1984-1990 the phase of turning from a domestic workshop to a company
In July 1984, Hu Chengzhong set up with friends the predecessor of DELIXI group Yueqing Qiujing Switch Factory (YQSF). In the following 6-year-development, YQSF overcomes many difficulties such as limited scale, grade-lowness, and low- technologics, but by products of reliable quality, flexible management and innovation, it still wins the market and accomplishes the 1st leap of turning from a domestic workshop to a company.
