¡¡From the beginning, DELIXI stick to implement the principle ¡°human is the core¡±, which is key to promoting our comprehensive strength.

¡¡Trying our best to absorb capable person, and make them join in our family.

¡¡In the aspect, there are two main channels: one is from variable senior human resources market;the other is from communication with university such as Tsinghua and Peking University. group also set scholarship in Xi¡¯an Jiao Tong University, Fuzhong University and others, and form a cultivating- system of human resources. Furthermore we attract talents through international cooperation, recruiting on internet and so forth. By these means, DELIXI group has had 10 doctors, over 40 masters and nearly one thousand other higher and advanced talents in our staff.

¡¡Manpower Reasonable Arrangement

¡¡Delixi pursues ¡°the virtuous, the upper; the wisdom, the side; the talent, the midst; the contributor, the front.¡±, and according to their achievements, the cadre, personnel, the institute and salary will be adjusted so that it forms a favorable environment and competitive mechanism for talents¡¯ developments. Group has also taken measurements, such as training, evaluating, making carrier plan for employees and so on, that optimizes the human resources and stirs their potential and creativeness.

¡¡DELIXI has formed a favorable three-level training system----that is, headquarters, enterprise department and each subsidiary company. Training measurements includes pre-job, on the job, off-the-job training; founding the teaching-team for training staff, making good use of internal resources and stirs their potential. It also includes that cooperating with higher education for staff training e.g. associating with Peking University for the training course-EMBA. Owing to these arrangements, all of DELIXI staff have been enriched and extended in knowledge and techniques

1) keeping talents by favorable treatments, such as leaders¡¯ periodic regards, the establishment of staff¡¯s family and experts¡¯ buildings,beautifying office-circumstance and otherwise for enhancing staff¡¯s recognition about group
2) keeping talents by favorable enterprise: helping staff develop in order to let them have the feeling of achievements and honor , arousing the sense of duty and belonging so that staff will be honor if company prospers and be shade if company declines;
3) keeping talents by treatment:adjusting the salary system and implementing the vocation with pay ,all staff covering insurance for taking away their disturbance in the rear;

¡¡DELIXI set many rules such as the measure of human resources recruiting, the detail rules of promoting employee, the management of training incumbency staff and the management of evaluate employees¡¯ achievements etc., Owing to these effective measures ,the flow rate of employee is only 8~10% and the flow rate of higher or advanced talents 4%.,

¡¡Setting up the postdoctoral scientific research station, and fostering the competitiveness power
¡¡For the developments, DELIXI is approved by National Personnel Ministry to set up postdoctoral scientific research station. Now group has formed the ¡°Pyramid¡± talent structure, and the ¡°T¡± talents training system.
